Concept and creative process
The opening titles for a series about patchworking started from the basics of designing the pattern for several patchwork quilts from scratch on graph paper in coloured pen, and ended with a finished quilt as a background to the series title. The designs lent themselves perfectly to being animated in sync to the folksy musical accompaniment.
