Concept and creative process
Dick Emery starred in his own comedy sketch show, with special guests. The opening titles used production still photographs of the comedian, showcasing him in his many different roles. The stills were filmed on a rostrum camera and intercut with moves over close-up captions of ‘The Dick Emery Show’ title lettering.
