Concept and creative process
Titles for a second series of ‘Daylight Robbery’, about the cunning and acrobatic grey squirrel and how it has taken up the challenge of sharing our gardens and stealing food from us. The shots of the squirrel were filmed in a studio and input into a Quantel Harry where they were composited as silhouettes with rope, nets and a ladder, in a well-choreographed montage of the nimble predator’s ability to climb and unlock a bird feeder full of nuts.
