Concept and creative process
There were several idents with a bath-time scenario that were designed and produced for BBC2 by the Lambie-Nairn design consultancy. Drawing a visual parallel between a duck’s neck and body and the numeral two, a motionless yellow ‘2’ sits in a bathtub filled with bobbing yellow plastic ducks, with a soundtrack of loud cheeping.
