In this intriguing 1998 ident for a BBC2 themed Evolution Weekend, designer Ahmet Ahmet created a memorable sequence of the evolution from the ape, to homo sapiens to the ‘2’, all seen through the distorting ripples and light reflections on the surface of the water from which life on earth first emerged.
