Terms and Conditions for Graduation Fair Competition
These terms and conditions apply to the Graduation Fair Prize Draw 2026 at Ravensbourne University London.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to the following:
- ‘The Graduation Fair Prize Draw’ ("hereinafter referred to as "prize draw") is open to all Graduation Fair invitees.
- To enter the prize draw, you must attend the Graduation Fair on Thursday 9 April. Attendance will be confirmed by checking in at the registration desk at the Graduation Fair on 9 April 2026.
- To enter the prize draw, you must fill out the Graduation Fair post-event survey which will be sent to you after the event.
- Each person can only enter the prize draw once.
- The winner will be selected randomly using a random selector tool.
- The winners will be announced and further confirmed by email. The selection will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Two prize winners will be chosen.
- The prize is one guest ticket for the graduation ceremony on Wednesday 17 June 2026 worth £25.
- The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another equivalent value without giving notice.
- Ravensbourne reserves the right not to accept an entry and all decisions on this will be final and not subject to appeal.
- Ravensbourne accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you directly or indirectly, as a result of entering the prize draw, accepting the prize or being included in the exhibition. Ravensbourne further accepts no liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in connection with the competition.
- Ravensbourne reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition, with or without prior notice for any reason. The Competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy notice
- Entrant data will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Your data will be 'processed’ for the following purposes:
- To identify you, and your entry, when necessary and as described in point 5.
- The production of statistics, you will not be identifiable through these statistics, and no decisions will be made about you as an outcome of the statistics.
- To administer the competition, including to communicate and update you about the competition and your entry.
- To analyse the impact of this activity on the promotion of further and higher education.
- To track future outcomes of the competition's participants, including application to the university and in some instances into other Higher Education institutions.
- We will keep your data for a period of five years after your last engagement with us, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

- By entering this competition you accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the competition. If you are under eighteen, your parent or guardian must also agree to you entering the competition based on these Terms and Conditions.
