Location and surrounding area

Located in an up-and-coming area of Stratford, east London it is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the London Underground Stratford station – a transport hub with frequent connections to central London and Stansted Airport.

 

The site was home to the iconic 2012 London Summer Olympics. Now, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park boasts great facilities for those who want to stay in shape – velodrome, hockey and tennis centre, a state of the art swimming pool and extensive cycling network; but also for those who want to relax and have fun, with numerous cafés and the world’s highest tunnel slide - ArcelorMittal Orbit.

 

It is also a great place for shopping with Westfield Stratford, one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe located just a 10 minutes’ walk from Eleanor Rosa House.

Eleanor Rosa House are happy to accept students under the age of 18.  They have a Warden and 2 Resident Advisors on site to ensure students are well looked after.
