Allocation process starts. The following criteria will be followed:

  • Students must have accepted/confirmed their offer from Ravensbourne via UCAS* in order to be considered for a room
  • Students with medical disabilities have priority
  • Proximity to Ravensbourne
  • Date of registration
Please note: if you book a room directly with iQ and are then offered a Ravensbourne reduced rate room, you will be unable to transfer your booking over.

What next?

  1. Ravensbourne will contact you via email once the allocation process starts and will keep you updated on progress.
  2. If you are allocated a room, Ravensbourne University will contact you via email with a booking link to confirm your room.
  3. You will have a period of 72 hours to confirm your booking. If you do not complete within this time, the room will be reallocated to the next student on the waitlist.
  4. In confirming a booking, you are committing to a 51 week contract with iQ Student Accommodation.
