Biography
Richard Jacob is an urban strategist and founder of coLARGE, driven by a belief that places should be designed to unlock opportunity and potential. Through the Neighbourhood of Ideas (NoI) framework, he brings together communities, businesses, academia, and government to create places that foster innovation, enterprise, and long-term growth.
With over two decades of experience in the built environment, Richard’s work focuses on turning overlooked spaces into thriving ecosystems where people, ideas, and economies can grow.
