
Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas EdD, FRSA, PGCE, NTF, CMBE
Biography
Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas is the Course Leader and Associate Professor for the MBA in Fashion Business and Entrepreneurship.
She is an award-winning educator, researcher, and advocate for sustainable and circular fashion. Professor Radclyffe-Thomas is a National Teaching Fellow and Fellow of the RSA, recognised for her contributions to excellence in education. Her research focuses on sustainable fashion, creative industries, e-learning, and education for sustainable development.
Professor Radclyffe-Thomas serves as Editor-in-Chief of Bloomsbury Fashion Business Cases and Co-Principal Editor of the International Journal of Sustainable Fashion and Textiles. She is also co-author of a leading Fashion Management textbook and is certified as Carbon Literate across workplace, education, and community sectors.
Named in The SustainabilityX® Magazine’s Global Women In Sustainability Awards™, Professor Radclyffe-Thomas was also a featured speaker at COP26. Professor Radclyffe-Thomas is also Chair of the United Nations PRME UK and Ireland Chapter and a member of the PRME Global Expert Pedagogy Group, working globally to advance sustainability education. She is one of the world’s first LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators using the method to promote sustainability, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Costume Society.
