Paul joined Ravensbourne University London Board of Governors in 2024. He is a Board Advisor and Strategic Consultant, supporting companies at moments of growth and transformation across advertising, media, retail media and technology. His work builds on more than three decades operating across multiple markets, regions and business stages.
Prior to this, Paul held senior leadership roles at Uber, Amazon, Apple, Omnicom, Sky, Bauer and AOL, alongside a range of start-up, consultancy and entrepreneurial roles. He now advises founders, leadership teams and boards on commercial strategy, partnerships, growth and building high-performing teams.

He also provides insight on business strategy as a guest lecturer on the Future London Academy Design MBA. Paul studied Geography at UCL, which brought him to London, and he has been a passionate Londoner ever since, where he lives with his family.
