Paul O’Grady
Biography
Paul is the Steward of The Bedford Estates, overseeing the strategy and real estate activity of Bloomsbury, an area renowned for its architectural, cultural and academic importance.
Previous to this, Paul was Director of Asset Management at Canary Wharf, overseeing asset strategy and management across the 120-acre Docklands estate, having spent 17 years at Grosvenor Property UK, latterly as Portfolio Director and Director of Belgravia. Paul specialises in urban estate strategies, working together with public and private sector partners to deliver positive commercial, social and environmental change.
He has previously held roles in investment, asset management and portfolio management across Europe, notably managing three cross-border retail funds on behalf of various international investors, as well as setting up Grosvenor’s Stockholm Office.
Paul is a Scholar of Christ's College, Cambridge. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In addition to Ravensbourne, he has also been a Board member of Victoria Business Improvement District.
