Louis Ruiz Peralta BA, MArch, RIBA, ARB
Biography
Louis Peralta is a UK-based architect whose work focuses on material-driven design, combining craftsmanship with rigorous testing to shape spatial experience. His approach explores innovative architectural responses through materiality, context, and emerging technologies.
He has gained professional experience at Make Architects, Gamma Architects, ARCO, and CHAP Architects, where he worked alongside Sir Peter Cook, and has exhibited collaborative work with him at Richard Saltoun Gallery and internationally.
Educated at the University of Nottingham and the Bartlett School of Architecture, he currently lectures at Ravensbourne University in architectural representation, teaching core techniques while encouraging the development of individual design identities. Alongside teaching, he runs his own practice integrating architecture and property development, pursuing his ambition of becoming a developer-architect.
