Fraser Morrison MA, PGDip, ARB

Fraser is an architect and educator with extensive experience in the UK and internationally and a lecturer on our Architecture course at Ravensbourne. 

At Orms Designers & Architects, he specialises in large-scale retrofit projects, leveraging expertise in hybrid materials and the refurbishment of heritage buildings, particularly during the construction phase. Fraser’s previous roles include work at Architecture 00 and Farshid Moussavi Architecture, contributing to public projects such as affordable workspaces in Wales, youth centres in England and social housing and schools in France.

Deeply interested in adaptive reuse, Fraser has taught at TU Eindhoven, leading a Master’s unit focused on repurposing disused large-scale infrastructure. As a technical skills lecturer at Ravensbourne, Fraser has a particular interest in hand drawing and digital collage. His drawings have been widely published and exhibited, with recent inclusion in the book Drawing Attention: Architecture in the Age of Social Media.

Fraser is actively involved in mentoring initiatives, including the POC in Architecture scheme, and regularly serves as a visiting critic at universities across Europe.
