Fabio Ciquera PGCE

Biography

Fabio Ciquera is an academic leader and strategic consultant specialising in luxury brand management, market intelligence, and executive development. 

He currently leads the MA in Luxury Brand Management at Ravensbourne University London, where he shapes a practice-driven curriculum aligned with the evolving needs of the global luxury industry. Fabio also directs Luxury Markets, the flagship programme at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, delivered in London, New York, and internationally for special projects and executive cohorts.

With a background rooted in strategic communications at iconic brands such as Gianfranco Ferré, Chanel Group, and Zilli, Fabio brings over two decades of industry expertise into the classroom. He has held editorial and creative leadership roles across luxury publishing, including at Upstreet, Plastique, and as co-creator of Imagine Fashion — the first video-based luxury magazine.

Beyond academia, Fabio consults for leading luxury brands, designing and delivering high-impact onboarding programmes for C-suite executives and senior leaders. He also collaborates with Oktave in support of the Ferrari Academy, contributing to the development of executive education in brand storytelling, leadership, and strategic vision within high-performance environments.

Fabio’s approach blends academic theory — including key frameworks from scholars like Jean-Noël Kapferer — with real-world insight, making him a trusted educator and advisor at the intersection of luxury, strategy, and leadership.
