Dr Nosheen Gul PhD, MSc, BSc, Senior Fellow Advance HE (SFHEA)

Dr Nosheen Gul is the Computer Science Course Leader at Ravensbourne University, London, since 2023. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and holds a PhD and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Leicester, UK. She was awarded two Gold Medals for academic excellence during her BSc in IT from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan.

Prior to joining Ravensbourne, Dr Gul worked as an Assistant Professor and Software Engineering Domain Head at COMSATS University Islamabad, where she focused on academic leadership, curriculum development, and programme delivery. At Ravensbourne, she has led and contributed strategically to the development of the departmental portfolio across several BSc and MSc programmes, aligning curriculum design with industry needs and institutional priorities.

Her research interests centre on the formal specification of systems involving distributed and mobile communicating components, with a strong emphasis on Software Engineering, alongside an emerging interest in AI-informed approaches within software systems.

Dr Gul’s leadership and academic achievements demonstrate her commitment to advancing the field of Computer Science and supporting the development of future tech professionals.
