Biography
Hang Yang is a dedicated researcher and educator who recently earned his PhD in Business Studies from the University of Roehampton.
Before completing his PhD, Hang established a solid foundation in finance and management through an MSc from the University of Kent and a BA (Hons) in International Finance from Plymouth University. His academic journey is complemented by diverse professional experiences, including roles as a bank teller and a research assistant, which have enriched his analytical approach and practical insights into finance and operational performance.
Hang has actively contributed to his field through numerous conference presentations and forthcoming journal articles addressing topics such as employee-based blockchain adoption and the role of government support in enhancing supply chain finance collaboration. As an educator, he has effectively engaged postgraduate students through interactive seminars and innovative teaching methods that connect theoretical concepts to real-world business challenges.
