Dr Esther Ruitong Cui PhD

Dr Esther Ruitong Cui is a lecturer in MBA Fashion: Business and Entrepreneurship at Ravensbourne University London. Her research focuses on the intersection of emerging technologies, sustainability, and fashion, with particular attention to how these interrelationships can empower businesses and consumers to drive meaningful social change.

She has developed a strong record in teaching and research, reflected in her nomination for Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant and her attainment of Fellowship of Advance HE. Her scholarly contributions have been recognised internationally, including the Best Innovation Research Award at the Global Fashion Conference (2022). Esther regularly presents her work at leading academic conferences and workshops and enjoys engaging with interdisciplinary communities to exchange ideas. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and chapters in longer publications.
