Biography
As a Senior Lecturer with a diverse background, Cesar brings over 18 years of experience as an executively focused Human Resources and Strategic Management Consultant.
With a robust set of experiences involving commercial and educational work in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America, Cesar has extensive strategic, tactical, and operational expertise. His adeptness in fostering positive interpersonal connections, combined with his knack for influencing and challenging leaders and clients at all levels, renders him indispensable in driving business growth and expansion, especially in dynamic environments.
Beyond his consultancy and lecturing roles, Cesar acts as an external moderator and tutor for the Global MBA course at the University of London. Previously, he acted as a course leader and lecturer for BA and MBA courses at Coventry University. Presently, he serves as an independent consultant in the EMEA region and holds a Senior Lecturer and Link Tutor position at Ravensbourne in Business and Computing. As a Fellow of the BCS and the Higher Education Academy, Cesar has used his rich skillset to effectively drive success in industry. His fellowship with the Royal Society of Arts underscores his commitment to fostering knowledge exchange and supporting emerging talents.
In addition to his professional experience, Cesar is currently a PhD researcher at the University of the West of Scotland, studying leadership and change management, emotional intelligence, and the possible integration of psychological elements like Jungian archetypes to enhance leadership understanding.
