Now offering multiple entry points for some courses - January, May, and September.
We will start to invite students to enrol up to 6 weeks prior to the start of term. You will receive an email inviting you to complete online enrolment which will include a username and password to access the enrolment system.
If you are having trouble completing your online enrolment, please watch our helpful video.
If you are still having issues enrolling online there will be regular online drop-in sessions from 1-2pm GMT on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the run up to the start of term. Online drop-in sessions will begin on Tuesday 18 April 2023 for May 2023 enrolment. These online drop-in sessions will be held on Microsoft Teams - you can join these sessions via the link here.
We have a two-step enrolment process. The first step is to complete online enrolment. You will also be required to enrol in-person on your first day at Ravensbourne.
Required documents for UK and Irish nationals: You must provide proof of identity – either your passport, driving license, government issued photocard or birth certificate.
Please note: if your driving licence states that your place of birth was outside the UK or Ireland, you will need to provide your passport.
Required documents for international students:
Entry clearance visa (stamped by the border control officer). If your visa did not get stamped at the border control, please bring a copy of your flight ticket, train ticket (travel itinerary) or boarding pass, OR
Online Immigration Status together with your itinerary: flight ticket, train ticket or boarding pass, PLUS
Biometric Residence Permit Card (BRP card)
Confirmation of your UK telephone number and postal address.
Please note that we will not be able to fully enrol you on the course if you are unable to provide all of the above documents/information.
You may also be required to provide proof of academic qualifications – original certificates, a transcript of results or a confirmation of award letter, stamped and signed by the institution (if the original documents have not been checked on application).
Your account details will be sent to you once you have completed your in-person enrolment.
Once you have completed your in-person enrolment and received your student email address, which you will need to activate, you will gain access to the timetable platform to see your classes. These will be available 72 hours after you complete your in-person enrolment.
We strongly encourage students to attend Welcome Week to experience in-depth introductions to your course and university departments which are essential during your student journey. If you do happen to miss Welcome Week, there will be extra catch-up sessions in the first few weeks of teaching alongside online resources available.
