International fee-paying students* beginning our postgraduate courses will receive a scholarship of £3,500 for the first year of their study, which will be automatically applied.
Applicants who have accepted their offer, and are classified as international students for fee purposes, whilst holding an offer for either an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Ravensbourne.
Awarded scholarships will be applied as a fee discount, and the scholarship will be applied to / paid in the first year of the course only.
*Please note this scholarship is not applicable for Ravensbourne foundation degrees. Please note, if you made your application via our Regional Partner, Oxford International Education Group (OIEG), you will not receive this scholarship. Please contact OIEG directly to discuss your options
A Postgraduate Master’s Loan can help with course fees and living costs while you study a postgraduate master’s course.
You can get up to:
The amount you’ll get is not based on your income or your family’s.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) may take account of the loan when working out any benefits you receive.
The loan is paid directly to you. You can use it for your course fees and living costs.
If your course lasts for more than a year, the loan will be divided equally across each year of your course.

Ravensbourne is very grateful to The Stationers' Company for this generous bursary support of postgraduate students. The Stationers' have made available £6,000 to be divided between up to 3 eligible postgraduate students.
Applications are welcome from students resident in the UK who have been accepted to study a postgraduate programme focussed on the content and communications industries e.g. MA Communication Design, MA Moving Image
Please be advised that only students classified as, and paying UK tuition fees will be considered.
How to apply
The application form will be made available to all prospective students by end of September 2022.
Application process: All applications will need to be accompanied by two references, one academic and one personal from someone of standing who can support the financial statements made in your application. Further guidelines on this will be made available in January 2020.

The BFC MA scholarship is awarded to a graduate from one of the BFC Colleges. The funding, which is from the British Fashion Council Education Foundation, is given to support graduates who have been offered a place on a UK MA fashion design course, and who, for financial reasons, would be unable to accept their place on the course without support.

The BAFTA Scholarships are available to British citizens in financial need who will be starting an eligible course this year, or who will be starting the second year of a two year course (if applicable). In addition, overseas students from Mainland China or Hong Kong are also eligible for a BAFTA Scholarship to study in the UK.

Please see below the bursaries we have available for out postgraduate students. The online application forms will go live in September following enrolment.
Ravensbourne is committed to providing assistance to our students in financial hardship. The Student Services Support Award is given to students who face an unexpected crisis that may jeopardise their ability to continue with study.
This bursary is usually awarded as a payment in kind towards the costs of food, travel or course equipment. Depending on circumstances, a cash payment may be given.

Depending on circumstances, students may be required to meet with the Finance Support Coordinator to discuss additional forms of support and money management.
As part of our StandAlone Pledge, Ravensbourne has additional financial support available for our irreconcilably estranged students in the form of a lump sum payment, payable in each academic year.
Students will need to complete the on-line application form and supply the evidence of your estrangement.
