Claredale House offers single non-ensuite bedrooms in shared flats at an affordable price.
Each room has broadband, is centrally heated, fully-furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, chair and shelving and has lockable doors.
Rooms vary in size with different price bands. Residents are responsible for keeping the communal areas of the flats clean as well as their own rooms. Each flat has shared kitchen and shower room.
Prices include utility bills and contents insurance, on a 39-week contract.

All rooms are fully furnished, centrally heated and have 100Mb internet. Most of the flats have four bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
All kitchens are supplied with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Limited car parking is available in the courtyard along with bicycle parking.
You will also have access to our on-site launderette located in the courtyard.
Claredale is located in the exciting Bethnal Green, close to Victoria Park, Shoreditch and the popular London Fields.
At the weekends, you can visit some of the most vibrant markets in London such as Broadway Market, Brick Lane and Colombia Road Market.
In the local area there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurant, with supermarkets right on your doorstep and gym just a few minutes away.
Located in Bethnal Green, Claredale House is approximately 20-30 minutes away from Ravensbourne by Tube and has great transport links the rest of London.
The closest Underground station is Bethnal Green serviced by the Central Line. There are two stops (six mins) from Bethnal Green to Stratford Station where you change to the Jubilee Line for three stops (six mins) to North Greenwich for Ravensbourne University.

Claredale House is aimed at second and third year undergraduates and postgraduate students.
Claredale House is managed by AA4S (Affordable Accommodation for Students).
The contract is held with AA4S not with Ravensbourne, so please book directly via the AA4S website.
Rooms are offered out on a first come, first serve basis.
Applications will go live in April 2022 via the AA4S website.
Important: Please be advised that you will be required to pay a refundable £500 deposit. This might be before you receive any maintenance loan payments from Student Finance England (first payment is usually received end of October).
The room rates for 2022/23 academic year will be released in April 2022. Please use last year's prices below as a guide:
Rooms vary in size with different price bands ranging from £156 - £168 per week on fixed term 39/50 week contracts. Prices include all utilities, internet and room contents insurance.
