Titles for a series in which Nick Nairn takes a gastronomic tour of Scotland. Returning home to his kitchen, the self-taught cook prepares a dish with the ingredients he has acquired from local producers. In post-production his native Scottish landscape was keyed into close-up shots of his kitchen utensils. A BBC Scotland production.
