Concept and creative process
Titles for ‘Voices’, a series of dramas set in Wales. The titles took their cue from the strand title and in a digital edit designer Nick Wall created a complex layered montage of live action shots of speaking mouths, an animating sound wave, a background talking head, light rays emanating from the bottom of screen and a bold title logo. All of these elements were composited and choreographed to the opening music with a square grid providing an overall structure for the separate visual layers.
