Concept and creative process

Opening titles for a lifestyle magazine for 10-16 year-olds. The team of five presenters of the show were filmed live action in a white studio for the title sequence, interacting with one another and with an imaginary 'UKool' flying logo, which was added later in post-production. In a digital edit the studio footage was colour manipulated and composited in a montage of full screen shots and multi-screen circular vignettes over a background layer of coloured shadowy silhouettes. The logo was combined with the action in a variety of different incarnations and pre-planned interactions with different team members.
