That's Life (1994)

Concept and creative process

Esther Rantzen and colleagues presented a magazine programme of consumer advice, investigations and real life humour, reflected in the titles which featured the busy production team’s response to viewers’ calls for help. In a stylised animated sequence, the team were filmed against a chromakey colour, which enabled them in post-production to be incorporated electronically with real or drawn backgrounds and props to create the title sequence.
