Take Two (1993)

Concept and creative process

Titles for the series ‘Take Two’, where children posed questions directly to those who made their favourite shows. Inspired by Keith Haring and Grace Jones's neon body painting, dancing characters displayed TV logos and clips on digital screens. The dancers were body painted with UV pigment which glowed under 'black light'. They were then shot with steadicam video, each dancer holding up a screen on which the video images were subsequently composited in post-production.
