Concept and creative process
Titles for a drama series in which modern day demon-hunter John Strange, a former priest with a dark and hidden past, uses intuition and science to investigate a series of chilling deaths. A well-orchestrated montage of eerily lit and manipulated still images of the cast has a nice cinematic feel about it. By the use of specially created wipes and camera moves in synch with the music, the images were composited in a layered sequence with a pair of enigmatic chains swinging in close-up in a slow circular motion in and out of shot. Finally, the title is slowly revealed by flames composited behind it, with a crash zoom-in ending the sequence on a cliffhanger note.
