Concept and creative process
Titles for ‘Stark’, an adaptation by Ben Elton of his best-selling comic fantasy novel set in Australia in the final days of Earth before Armageddon. The title sequence comprised single frame rostrum filming of the title animation, combined with 35mm studio live action filmed on a set at Damson Film Studios with props and effects. The sequence was digitally edited and composited on video.
