Titles for a new series of ‘Sophie Grigson’s Herbs’ – programmes on how to enhance recipes with herbs. The sequence was created in a digital post-production edit from specially shot close-ups of growing herbs, which were layered and defocused to create a background to vignettes of cooked dishes, prepared with different herbs and edible flowers.
