Rosalind Dallas created this sensitive trail for the BBC Remembrance Day coverage of the annual Service of Remembrance held at the Cenotaph in Whitehall. Filmed with an unerring eye for detail, the montage of shots of a single wreath of poppies and close-ups of the inscriptions engraved upon the stone remind the viewer of the solemnity of the moment to come, when the nation falls silent to remember those who died in war for the country.
