Points of View (1962)

Concept and creative process

‘Points of View' was a twice weekly feedback programme, which gave viewers a platform on which to air their views about BBC programmes in general. Having joined the BBC in 1961 this was one of the very first title sequences that Sid Sutton designed and directed. It was a sequence composed of cut-out animation of drawn and found graphic elements synchronised with the soundtrack by quick editing.
