Concept and creative process

Opening titles for a dramatised story ‘The Legend of the Lost Keys’ in the 'Look & Read' schools series, designed to encourage literacy among 7-9 year olds. The ‘Look and Read’ logo animated on in a style compatible with the subject matter before mixing through to a live set-up of an illustrated manuscript lit by a small oil lamp. The type changes were effected in post-production by matching the camera movement and perspective of the original shot.
