Concept and creative process
Opening titles for a series of comedies, specially recorded and presented from the stage of the Whitehall Theatre, London. The sequence was made using caption cards with cut-out animated characters on cels panned across in front of them using the pan bars on the rostrum camera table. The whole sequence was shot completely in-camera without the need for editing.
