Concept and creative process
Titles for a sitcom, starring Dylan Moran, Emma Chambers and Charlotte Coleman. The theme of photography ran throughout the series and was prominently featured also in the title sequence. A close-up strip of 35mm negative film filled the frame as the camera whip-panned over it and stopped at a key frame. The film became positive momentarily while the portrait of the actor appeared with its superimposed credit, then reverted to negative, before whip-panning to the next key frame. The sequence was created and animated in a digital edit.
