Titles for an adaptation of the story by H. G. Wells about a little man trapped in a life which never measures up to the greatness of his dreams. This frustration is wittily and beautifully encapsulated in an animated sequence of Mr. Polly’s unsuccessful attempt to chase after and catch a large bouncy ball.
