Concept and creative process

Esther Rantzen and Michael Groth present a series of programmes celebrating acts of kindness and courage which have not been publicly celebrated before. The 3D computer generated title sequence portrays this theme in a multi-layered typographic design concept, using the letterforms of the title as vignettes to showcase footage of the current week’s unsung heroines and heroes. The letters come together to form the programme logo as the animation background mixes to the studio establishing shot.
