Titles for a series in which Terry Wogan, Jakki Brambles and Dr Hilary Jones help viewers to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The programme’s aspirations are expressed in a cartoon animation opening sequence in which the characters form the letters of the word ‘HEALTH’ in the programme logo through the exercises they perform individually or together. The animation artwork was frame grabbed and animated in a digital edit.
