Titles for ‘The Geography Programme’, a Schools series for 11-16 year olds, looking at geography. Over a background of NASA footage of the Earth from low orbit in space, a 3D computer-generated representation of the Earth animated on rotating and unpeeling and leaving behind a 2D stylised map projection of the planet’s surface. This pattern forms an integral part of a series of vignettes which rotate and change to show different aspects of life on Earth in live action film clips before finally mixing through to ‘The Geography Programme’ logo.
