Concept and creative process

Titles for a series in which antiques expert Christine Havard travelled all over Wales from car boot sales to auctions, helping people find their weird and wonderful treasures. In a digital edit, different sections of a map of Wales were combined with sale tickets of auction lots displaying still and moving images of the sale items. As the virtual camera panned along the row of sale tickets, viewing them from different angles, some of the sale lots changed from 2D to 3D representations in the foreground of the scene. The programme logo appeared when some of the sale tickets revolved to show the letters ‘FINDERS’ on the reverse, and the word ‘KEEPERS’ animated in from out of shot in 3D computer-generated capitals.
