Concept and creative process
This trail for the 1996 European Football Championship was shot on location and featured a variety of scenarios that expressed the “whoever you are, wherever you are” feeling of inclusiveness generated by Radio 4’s coverage of the event that the film sequence encapsulates. The championship was hosted by England with the final taking place in Wembley Stadium, the home of football.
