Concept and creative process
The opening titles for a second-stage Italian language series ‘Conversazioni’, consisted of production footage composited in a film optical sequence. The designer created a series of animated screen combinations on the rostrum camera, which, when combined with an inter-negative of the original production footage on an optical printer in the film lab, resulted in the finished sequence.
