Concept and creative process
Titles for a series in which Bob Monkhouse, the king of quick-fire one-liners, faces questions from the audience on matters trivial, adult, topical and personal. The sequence was specially shot by Bernard Heyes to show the presenter in a witty montage of pre-performance preparations in his dressing room and on his way to the stage to meet his audience. The title caption animation was added in post-production behind the silhouette of Bob Monkhouse as he takes the stage.
