Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc looked back to the past for secrets of French cuisine in his new series ‘Blanc Mange’, with help from Martin Jarvis playing the part of the gourmet and philosopher Brillat-Savarin. For the title sequence Bob Cummins explored this theme further through art and placed the chef in famous paintings and illustrations and wittily integrated him into the backgrounds by means of animation and live action.
