Concept and creative process
A computer animated sting introducing clips or trails for the forthcoming New Year season made by Harry Dorrington at Digital Pictures. It took the form of a nicely choreographed flight around three transparent planets orbited by coloured shooting stars. The planets each contained one letter of BBC and stacked themselves in a vertical position, while the shooting stars in turn adopted elliptical orbits to create the numerals 88.
