Concept and creative process
The British Academy of Film and Television Awards brief was to create a title sequence and graphic package for the BAFTA ceremony, including introductory stings and animations for each award category. I filmed the actual BAFTA award on a rostrum table and then hand drew the profile of the award from each angle. I then turned these lines into vectors, and used 3D Strokes in After Effects to bring them to life and create a stylised 3D award.
