Concept and creative process
Bruce Forsyth hosts a quiz programme in which contestants play 'Fact or Fib', 'Crazy Cryptics' and 'Star Spin' in the hope of winning the mystery star prize. The contestants are given prizes at the beginning of the show and the object of the game is to try to hang on to them without them being taken over by another contestant. The rules are hinted at in the title song and the accompanying choreographed animation of prizes, which was put together on a Quantel Harry.
