Titles for a quiz, presented by Debbie Greenwood, involving two school teams who are tested on pop music, sport, current affairs, general knowledge and computer games. The title sequence represented the opposing teams through two colourful graphic heads face to face with the show’s title. The artwork for the sequence was created as Kodaliths with coloured gels providing the spot colour, which were filmed backlit on a rostrum camera. Stop frame animation of black mattes created the smooth reveal of the labyrinthine shapes and the outline profile heads were similarly animated on during a second pass through the camera to burn in the white exposure and the programme titles.
