Phoebe Swan BA, MA
Biography
Phoebe is a freelance illustrator, based in Tottenham, London. Her work has been used for a range of applications, from murals to children's books and animations.
Her iconic and inclusive London scenes have been shortlisted for the Association of Illustrators World Illustration Awards and Prize for Illustration. Her debut author/illustrator picture book was shortlisted for the Little Rebels Award 2020, and included in the United Nations' sustainable development goals book list.
With Arts Council funding, I've recently been working on bringing my illustrations to life with animation, helping local organisations tell the stories of their products, services and causes.
Her work draws on her love of nature, patterns and city life and is known for its diversity and vibrance.
