Summary

What times is the building available for hire?

The building is open from 8am until 11pm during the week, 9am until 5pm on Saturdays and the University is closed on Sundays.  Events outside these core hours are subject to agreement with the Events Team.

Do you have a car park?

We have a small loading bay at the rear of the building for pick up and set down only. We advise if you are parking for the day to use car park 4 on Cutter Lane which is 3 minutes walk from Ravensbourne.

How do I book a space for an event?

Please contact the events team at [email protected] and we will arrange a site visit for you to see the rooms available.

What is included in the cost of hire?

Each event is different and we offer a bespoke package every time. The venue hire fee includes the cost of the room however, depending on the scale of the event, security, portage and cleaning would be added into your quote.

Do you provide catering?

We have in-house caterers and a preferred supplier list. We have a catering brochure available for clients, and the events team can easily arrange quotes and logistics for your event.

Do you provide filming/live streaming/AV support?

Most of the spaces are equipped with projection and sound facilities. For any other requirements we have an external suppliers list, and we can also brief student teams to support your event.

Do you have a cloakroom?

We have limited space for cloakroom facilities, but we can arrange coat rails if necessary.

Do you have an alcohol licence?

Yes, we do. Alcohol can only be served between 11am - 11pm. We do not have a built-in bar however, we can arrange mobile bar facilities for your event and trained student staff.

Do you provide WiFi?

We have Wi-Fi throughout the building. Speed is 30mbps and we will provide a password for your attendees to connect to the Guest Account.
